ABOUT THIS IMMERSION

Learn by doing

This weekend immersion brings together breathwork students and practitioners within a nurturing, embodied learning space centred on relational practice and in-person facilitation.

Focused specifically on your voice as a facilitator and contact within breathwork, the immersion explores themes including stages of touch, types of touch, consent, co-regulation, practitioner presence and incorporating supportive bodywork techniques within breathwork sessions.

Participants will leave with the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to integrate specific touch-based approaches into in-person breathwork facilitation.

To find out more about the immersion, enquire below to receive the full brochure.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR

Hannah Goodman (she/her)

Hannah is a Breathwork Facilitator, educator and founder of Grounded Life, with a decade of experience working within the breathwork and wellbeing field.

Her work brings together conscious connected breathwork, nervous system and trauma-aware facilitation, alongside a wider enquiry into the relationship between body, culture, ecology and community.

Having taught, mentored and supported facilitators across multiple trainings and group spaces over the years, Hannah’s approach is known for its groundedness, depth and honesty. Rather than focusing on performance or quick transformation, her work invites people into slower, more embodied ways of listening, relating and facilitating.

WHO IS THIS FOR

DESIGNED FOR

This immersion has been created as a space for breathwork students and facilitators to deepen their relationship with touch, consensual practice and in-person facilitation through direct learning and experience.

Breathwork students who are currently enrolled in a facilitator training programme.

Graduated breathworkers who have completed their training and want to expand or revisit their skillset.

Grounded Life students as part of the 400-hour Grounded Breathwork Facilitation programme.

THE EXPERIENCE

WHAT ARE STUDENTS SAYING?

Alongside practical facilitation skills, the space invites deeper reflection around the cultural, relational and systemic contexts that shape how we meet ourselves and others within wellbeing spaces. Participants are invited to bring more of who they are into facilitation while embracing joy, vulnerability and honesty as part of creating brave, relational spaces for authentic expression and care.
