Sessions explore a variety of breathing techniques and exercises tailored to suit your needs, helping you develop a deeper understanding and relationship with your breath to support your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing; your breath is your greatest resource.
Together we explore breathing practices that can reduce stress, tension and anxiety, regulate and support your nervous system, develop focus and cultivate deep inner listening to expand your awareness and enable a greater sense of presence, connection, grounding and vitality.
Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions allow us to tap into the innate intelligence and wisdom of our body, mind, emotions and spirit and can facilitate the deep release of stuck or unprocessed emotions and tension. This can support greater energy flow, sense of connection, awareness, clarity and insight to enable us to live more fully.
Sessions support you to develop a deeper relationship with yourself through connected breathing and the weaving of somatic embodiment practices including sound, movement, touch, grounding and compassionate self-enquiry, bringing into your awareness what wants your attention in a supported space for you to feel, breathe, embrace and release.
